THE BASICS

Understand the importance of compound lifting like deadlifts and squats. Discover the technique that works best for your body type. In one thousand years we will still be squatting and deadlifting so make sure you’re doing the basics right. 

EVENT TRAINING

Whether you are 12 months or 6 weeks out from training for an event it’s never too late to train specific as part of a wider training programme. I've competed in world championships for Spartan race and obstacle course racing and will be going to Amsterdam this year with Hyrox.

RUNNING

How do you run faster for longer periods of time? The answer lies in your running mechanics but also your programming.  Understand progressive overload to help achieve personal bests.
